She’s spent more than 10 years with the platform, which has given her a unique window into the Week Plan methodology and how that really changes the way people live and work.
Geeta started out as a consultant, working one-on-one with users to get them set up with the Week Plan system in real life. This hands on experience gave her a solid understanding of the methodology - not just how it works in theory, but how it actually helps people navigate real life challenges. Over time, she picked up a real knack for spotting patterns in productivity, understanding the common pitfalls, and spotting the tiny mindset shifts that can really make a difference.
Today Geeta is our specialist in customer support and user success. She combines a deep understanding of Week Plan with a genuine interest in people, making every user feel heard, supported and empowered. Whether she’s helping someone new to the platform get their first weekly plan sorted out, or helping long time users fine tune their systems, Geeta brings clarity, patience and a healthy dose of practical wisdom to every interaction.
